To ensure that your property looks its best in the photos, we recommend decluttering and tidying up each room, opening curtains and blinds to let in natural light, and staging key areas to highlight the property’s features.
The duration of a real estate photoshoot can vary depending on the size and layout of the property. On average, it takes about 45 mins-2 hours to photograph. Truly depends on the property’s needs.
- Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover reserved time.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee and will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your session at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
- Reschedules requested within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Weather-Related Changes:
- If weather conditions prevent the session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
